For head contractors and WHS coordinators who review subbies' SWMS

Catch SWMS gaps and copy-paste errors before work starts.

Upload a Safe Work Method Statement. Get a marked-up list of missing items and details that don't match your job.

Upload an existing SWMS and tell us the site, the task and the contractor. You get a checklist showing which required content items appear to be missing or thin, plus every place where the site, task, company or dates don't match.

Pre-order

Pre-orders open now. First deliveries from November 2026. Full refund if we can't deliver by the agreed date.

How it works

  1. 01

    Upload the SWMS

Add the SWMS (PDF or Word) and a few job details: site address, the high-risk work involved, contractor name and dates.

  2. 02

    We run the preflight

We compare the document with the content items the WHS Regulations list for a SWMS, and flag leftover text from other jobs, such as the wrong site, task, company or date.

  3. 03

    You decide

You get a marked-up report you can send back to the contractor. You or your WHS adviser decide whether the SWMS is fit for the work.

Many SWMS problems are simple: a document reused from another job with the old site name still in it, or a section left blank. A second read for those is cheap. Judging whether the controls are right for the risk is your job and your WHS adviser's, so we don't claim to do it.

FAQ

Is this professional WHS advice?

No. We check the document's content against the listed requirements and look for copy-paste errors. We don't assess whether the controls are adequate for your site. A competent person at the PCBU still needs to review and approve the SWMS.

What do you check against?

The content items the WHS Regulations require a SWMS to have: identify the high-risk construction work, state the hazards and risks, describe the control measures, and describe how they will be implemented, monitored and reviewed. We also check that it's set out in a way that's easy for the people using it to follow.

Which states does this cover?

We work from the model WHS Regulations wording. Your state or territory regulator's rules and guidance apply to your site, so check them too.

Does a clean report mean the SWMS is compliant?

No. It means we didn't find the gaps and mismatches we look for. It isn't a certification or approval.

What happens to the documents?

We use them only to deliver your order. We delete them 30 days after delivery and never use them to train AI models.

Lynx Bay Pty Ltd doesn't give WHS, legal or professional advice. This service doesn't verify, certify, approve or guarantee that any SWMS complies with the law or is safe. It is not connected to Safe Work Australia or any state or territory WHS regulator. Reports are AI-assisted drafts for a competent person to review.
